1. We generally send your parcel through AliExpress’s official shipping "Cainiao Heavy Parcel Line", you can check on this website: http://global.cainiao.com. After arriving in your country, you will have a DPD tracking number (you can ask us for your exclusive DPD tracking number), your package will be delivered to your door via DPD.
2. In order to enable you to receive the package quickly, you must fill in the complete personal passport information when you purchase it, otherwise it will not be possible to send the package through the Cainiao Heavy Parcel Line, or the package clearance failure will be returned to China.
3. What if your package shows that customs clearance has failed?
General customs clearance failures are caused by incorrect buyer passport information or incomplete personal identification information. You can go to Unitrade’s official website https://unitrade.alta.ru to add personal passport information after receiving the Unitrade SMS / email notification.
